Shipping Information


• You may select a delivery date or delivery method during the checkout process. Delivery method options available are based upon the order destination zip code and desired delivery date.

• The delivery date selected during the checkout process will allow you to have an item delivered on a specific date. • We typically ship our product by UPS. Shipment options available are UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground and Saturday delivery. UPS deliveries do not require a signature. The UPS driver will leave the package at the delivery address if the recipient is not present to accept delivery.

• Unless otherwise specified, orders placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time cannot be shipped until the following business day. Orders can be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and will arrive the following day after 3:30 PM. We are unable to ship over the weekend or on holidays due to the perishable nature of our products.

• Our product is frozen and packed individually in styrofoam with frozen gel packs to help keep the product frozen. To ensure freshness, our product must be delivered within two days of shipment from our Store.

• If you are shipping our product to destinations experiencing high daytime temperatures we recommend that you ship your cheesecake via overnight delivery.

Return Policy

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.
